Saumya Khare has been appointed as Vice President – Human Capital at Moglix, a significant milestone in her impressive career in human resources and organizational leadership. In this new role, she will drive the company’s human capital strategies as Moglix continues to grow in the B2B commerce sector.
Before her appointment, Saumya held leadership roles at Moglix, including Senior Director and Director – Human Capital. She played a key role in developing HR frameworks, driving strategic initiatives, and implementing operational efficiencies that supported the company’s rapid growth and transformation. Saumya’s earlier career includes a significant tenure at Centum Learning Limited (part of upGrad), where she served as Senior Manager, focusing on strategic initiatives and corporate planning for learning and development solutions.
Saumya also gained valuable experience as Program Manager at Punj Lloyd Limited, where she worked on organizational design, strategic planning, and people management. Her career began with Indian Railways, where she worked as a Divisional Mechanical Engineer, leading a team managing locomotive operations and maintenance.
A graduate of the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, Saumya holds an MBA in finance and marketing. She is also an alumna of the prestigious SCRA program at Indian Railways, Jamalpur, where she earned her mechanical engineering degree.
