Saurabh Lal has stepped into the role of Executive Director, Global Operations at Dabur India Limited, a leading Indian multinational corporation. With extensive experience in supply chain leadership across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa, Lal is set to leverage his expertise in transforming manufacturing and distribution operations for the organization. His appointment comes after a successful tenure at Kellanova, where he served as Senior Director of Supply Chain Network, focusing on network design and digital analytics for the AMEA region.
Prior to his role at Kellanova, Saurabh held several senior positions, including Chief Executive Officer of Manufacturing and Supply Chain at Future Consumer Limited. There, he was instrumental in managing manufacturing operations across multiple sites in India and Sri Lanka, driving digital transformation initiatives, and enhancing supply chain efficiencies. His leadership journey began at Unilever, where he spent over several years in various capacities, ultimately leading manufacturing and supply planning in Sri Lanka.
In his new position at Dabur, which operates manufacturing sites across many countries and distributes products in over hundred nations, Saurabh aims to implement innovative supply chain solutions while advocating for digitalization to create efficiencies. His profound commitment to improving operational excellence is expected to contribute significantly to Dabur’s global strategy.
