Shirish Wagh has been elevated to the position of Executive Director-Head of Operations at DLF Rentco, a division of DLF Limited. Known for his leadership in managing large-scale mixed-use developments, Shirish will now spearhead operational excellence across the company’s expansive portfolio.
In his new role, Shirish will oversee the operations of more than 50 million square feet of mixed-use developments, including luxury malls, retail spaces, and commercial offices. His responsibilities include ensuring seamless project handovers, driving operational efficiency, and implementing innovative systems to enhance service delivery. His strategic focus on cost management and adherence to industry standards is expected to strengthen DLF Rentco’s position in the market.
Before this elevation, Shirish served as the Head of Operations at DLF Rentco, where he was responsible for managing a diverse portfolio, including 45 million square feet of commercial offices and technical facilities at DLF Malls. His emphasis on safety compliance, sustainability, and client satisfaction has been pivotal in transforming operations and achieving long-term growth.
With a professional background that spans leading organizations such as Oberoi Realty, RMZ Corp, Oberoi Hotels, Hyatt Hotels, and Taj Hotels, Shirish brings extensive expertise in property and hospitality management. At RMZ Corp, he managed a portfolio exceeding 14 million square feet and played a key role in pre-opening residential developments.
A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Shirish also holds certifications from prestigious institutions like Harvard Business School and the City University of London. His technical foundation in mechanical and marine engineering, combined with leadership acumen, has consistently driven innovation and operational improvements in his career.
