Mandal steps into this role following the tenure of Dhruv Subodh Kaji, who served as an Additional Director for two terms. Before founding his own firm, Anagram Partners, Shuva Mandal served as the Group General Counsel for Tata Sons, the principal holding company of the Tata Group. Mandal also held the position of Senior Partner at two of India’s most prestigious law firms, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. and AZB & Partners. In these roles, he led significant legal initiatives, advising corporate giants on private equity investments, corporate litigation, and regulatory compliance. His work has left a lasting impact across various industries, making him a respected figure in the legal community.
