Siddhartha Juneja Appointed Director of E-commerce at NIVEA India

Siddhartha Juneja has been appointed as the Director of E-commerce at NIVEA India, bringing over 15 years of experience in commercial and marketing roles across FMCG, e-commerce, and category management. In this new position, Siddhartha will lead NIVEA’s e-commerce strategy, driving growth in the brand’s digital presence and enhancing its online sales channels. His wealth of experience in managing complex portfolios and overseeing P&L operations makes him well-suited to spearhead NIVEA’s digital transformation.

Prior to joining NIVEA, Siddhartha served as Head of Omni Channel at Mondelēz International, where he was instrumental in shaping the company’s e-commerce strategies and digital initiatives. He successfully managed the brand’s omni-channel presence, aligning marketing strategies with emerging digital trends. At Flipkart, Siddhartha held key roles such as Category Head for Foods and Category Marketing, where he was responsible for P&L management, performance marketing, and product assortment across online channels.

Siddhartha’s career at Kellogg’s India includes his appointment as Channel Head for E-commerce & Direct to Consumer Marketing, where he led digital marketing efforts, contributing significantly to Kellogg’s growth in the e-commerce space. He also managed the Kids & Teens portfolio and drove successful marketing campaigns for iconic brands like Chocos. Siddhartha’s deep understanding of consumer insights and cross-functional team management helped him excel in these leadership roles.

His journey in the industry began at General Mills, where he managed the flour portfolio, led the launch of new products like Pillsbury Milk Choco Spread, and drove significant market share growth. Siddhartha was also recognized for his exemplary sales performance, receiving the Champion Performance award for his contributions to integrating the sales and distribution setup during the Parampara merger.

Siddhartha Juneja holds a PGDM in Marketing and Operations from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a B.Tech in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur. His academic foundation, coupled with his diverse career, equips him with a comprehensive understanding of both traditional and digital marketing landscapes.

At NIVEA India, Siddhartha’s appointment is expected to significantly strengthen the company’s e-commerce footprint and foster innovative strategies to engage with the digital consumer base. His extensive experience in leading e-commerce and category management makes him a valuable asset in NIVEA’s pursuit of expanding its online presence and digital initiatives.
