Sona Rai Aggarwal has been appointed Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield. Based in Singapore, she brings over 25 years of extensive global experience in retail, brand management, and strategic growth leadership across Asia, the U.S., and Australia.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Sona held key leadership roles including Managing Director/GM Asia at Laser Clinics Australia, and EVP/GM APAC for L Brands Portfolio at Valiram, where she led brands like Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works. A Wharton-certified leader, she is known for driving profitability, scaling operations, and building strong multicultural teams.
At Cushman & Wakefield, Sona is expected to lead the firm’s retail strategy and sales initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region, further strengthening its footprint and transformation agenda in the dynamic real estate and retail markets.
