Sonali De Sarker brings over 17 years of extensive experience in HR leadership to Epsilon India. Her career journey spans across several prestigious organizations, including Automation Anywhere, NetApp, and SiRF Technology, where she has demonstrated a remarkable ability to drive organizational transformation and talent development.
At Automation Anywhere, Sonali held the position of Sr. Director of People Experience, where she led the global People Analytics and Change Management functions. Prior to her role at Automation Anywhere, Sonali served as Director & Head of Human Resources at NetApp India. Here, she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s R&D organization and enhancing its global impact.
Sonali’s professional journey began at SiRF Technology, where she managed HR functions for India and Singapore. Her strategic focus on change management and competitive compensation positioning was instrumental in the successful integration of three organizations following SiRF’s acquisition by CSR.
In her new role at Epsilon India, Sonali will oversee HR functions for India and the global People Analytics and People Insights function. Her responsibilities will include leading workforce transformation initiatives, driving diversity and inclusion efforts, and shaping the company’s people strategy to support its global objectives.
