In this global leadership role, he will oversee HR strategy implementation and drive operational excellence across key workforce functions. His responsibilities include managing Centers of Expertise in learning and development, HR business partnering, and talent acquisition across Vodafone’s local markets.
Sumit brings over 20 years of experience in HR transformation and digital workforce solutions. Before joining VOIS, he spent more than 11 years at Fujitsu, where he led global HR operations and workforce transformation initiatives as Vice President and Head of HR Shared Services. His career also includes leadership roles at Huawei, Dell Technologies, and Concentrix, where he played a pivotal role in talent development and HR service optimization.
