With over two decades of experience in strategic leadership, talent management, transformation, diversity, inclusion, culture assimilation, and leadership development, Priti brings a wealth of expertise to her new role.
Before joining Universal Sompo, Priti served as the HR Head at Mastercard for seven years, overseeing HR functions across South Asia, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Her previous roles include leading HR at Sun Life Financial and AXA XL. Priti’s leadership and strategic vision were also evident through her directorial positions at Mastercard Technology, Sun Life India, and XL India.
