Before joining Dow, Vinita held key roles at prominent organizations like GSK, where she was the General Manager of India Talent Acquisition. During her tenure at GSK, she was instrumental in driving initiatives like executive sourcing, technology transformation, employer branding, and proactive pipelining for leadership positions. Additionally, Vinita played a pivotal role in setting up GSK’s Global Capability Centre in Bangalore, further cementing her reputation for handling large-scale, strategic talent projects.
Vinita’s career also spans leadership positions at Mondelez International, where she headed the India Talent Acquisition team, and Pfizer, where she contributed significantly to APAC talent acquisition efforts.
