Yogesh Malik has been appointed as Vice President – Global Practice Head, Technology at Tech Mahindra, marking a significant leadership milestone in his long-standing journey with the organization. In this elevated role, Yogesh will lead the firm’s global technology practice, with a strong emphasis on next-generation digital capabilities.
In his new mandate, Yogesh will focus on scaling Tech Mahindra’s global technology practice around Artificial Intelligence and Agentic Systems, anchored in the principles of Responsible AI, robust governance frameworks, and trust-by-design architectures. His role aligns closely with Tech Mahindra’s vision of building future-ready, ethical, and scalable technology solutions for enterprises worldwide.
As AI increasingly becomes central to enterprise decision-making, Yogesh will drive strategies that enable organizations to govern, trust, and responsibly scale AI systems, positioning this capability as a sustainable competitive advantage. Strengthening governance models and embedding accountability into AI-led transformations will form the cornerstone of his leadership agenda.
Yogesh brings nearly two decades of experience in the IT services industry, with deep expertise in program leadership, business transformation, automation, and emerging technologies. Over the years, he has successfully led complex global programs and transformation initiatives, earning a reputation for aligning technology execution with business outcomes.
