Prior to joining Poonawalla Fincorp, Karthikeyan was with Axio, where he served as Chief Collections Officer for nearly eight years. He has also held leadership roles at RBL Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), and American Express. His expertise in managing contact centers and overseeing regulatory controls across these organizations has contributed to his reputation as a goal-driven leader in the financial sector. With a strong background in risk management and a degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, Karthikeyan’s transition to Poonawalla Fincorp further cements his standing in the industry.
