Ajay Mehta has taken over as Chief Executive Officer at Areion Asset Management, based in Mumbai. In this strategic leadership role, Ajay will spearhead the firm’s growth agenda and play a central role in its expansion across domestic and international markets.
With 27 plus years of experience in financial services, Ajay brings with him deep expertise in corporate finance, investment banking, stress asset resolution and credit markets.
Before joining Areion, Ajay was Executive Director at Capri Global Holdings, responsible for Investment banking He previously served in ICICI Bank and Yes Bank where he spent over 16+ years managing corporate finance, project finance, stress resolution and leading complex financing solutions.
His appointment signals a bold phase of growth and innovation at Areion Asset Management, as the firm sharpens its focus on delivering value-driven investment solutions.
