Debraj Sinha has been appointed as the Managing Partner and Co-CEO for Retained Search and Talent Advisory, taking charge of a newly evolved subsidiary of Native that is driving a fresh approach to talent solutions. In this role, Debraj will lead the business with a focus on aligning innovative strategies with client needs while contributing to Native’s broader vision of creating impactful and sustainable talent solutions.
In his most recent role as Senior Partner at Salto Dee Fe, Debraj worked extensively with CEOs and CXOs to address critical people and performance challenges. Over nearly seven years, he partnered with leadership teams to design and execute people-centric strategies that balanced simplicity with comprehensive impact, enabling organizations to drive measurable success.
Earlier, Debraj held senior leadership positions across renowned organizations including Magma Fincorp (Group HR Head), Max Bupa Health Insurance (Director & CHRO) and Max Life Insurance . And with Hewitt Associates he worked across extensive client engagements in the Banking & Financial Services and Manufacturing space. His career journey reflects his ability to blend strategy, execution, and transformation to enable business outcomes.
