Deepak Sharma has stepped into the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Neokraft Global, bringing with him over 26 years of rich leadership experience across Operations, Manufacturing, and Marketing. Known for his transformational leadership and strategic vision, Deepak has consistently driven excellence across global organizations, building high-performing teams and implementing operational efficiencies that deliver sustainable business growth.
Before joining Neokraft Global, Deepak held several senior leadership positions across the manufacturing and engineering ecosystem. He served as Head of Manufacturing Engineering at Viega India and Kohler India, led Indian Operations for Britax, and held key positions at Sandhar Technologies and Spark Minda Group. His journey reflects a strong focus on process innovation, strategic execution, and people development—pillars that align with Neokraft’s growth ambitions.
An alumnus of CIPET Chennai, Deepak also completed the Senior Management Program from IIM Kozhikode and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. With his extensive experience in process excellence, operational strategy, and business transformation, he is poised to steer Neokraft Global into its next phase of innovation, efficiency, and expansion.
