With a proven track record of driving business growth, operational efficiency, and patient-centred care across some of India’s premier healthcare organisations, he is poised to lead Sharda Care’s next phase of strategic expansion and innovation.
Currently serving as Executive Vice President & Zonal Head at Max Healthcare, Dr. Shah has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, financial management, team leadership development, and business development. His vast experience spans key leadership roles at leading institutions such as Fortis Healthcare, BLK Super Speciality Hospital, Columbia Asia Hospitals, Artemis Health Institute, and Aakash Healthcare (AHPL), etc. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in innovations, strategic introductions & commissioning of new medical programs, implementing process improvements, securing coveted accreditations (he holds the distinction of planning & executing the international accreditation, American Accreditation Commission International, known as AACI, for the first time in India in a large set up), and driving profitability while maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.
Dr. Shah’s leadership is marked by a deep commitment to operational rigour and quality patient care processes & results. He has successfully managed large sized hospitals, orchestrated complex medical service expansions, and led cross-functional teams of doctors, paramedics, and administrative staff with an ease, making them work as a close knit unit wherever he has been (some of his innovative, structured processes like DOCMAN, DOCAD etc are quite popular among clinicians).
