Federation of India Fantasy Sports (FIFS) Names Maj. Neil Castelino as CEO

The Federation of India Fantasy Sports (FIFS), India’s first and only self-regulatory industry body for fantasy sports, has appointed Maj. Neil Christopher Castelino as its new CEO (Chief Executive Officer).

Maj. Neil Castelino, a seasoned Armed Forces veteran, brings over 20 years of experience in leadership roles spanning Corporate Affairs, Public Policy, Stakeholder Engagement, and Operations. His extensive background includes managing operations at reputable organizations like CII, Flipkart, and Bharti Infratel, where he influenced public policies, drove partnerships in logistics, and developed the e-commerce industry.

In his new role at FIFS, Maj. Castelino aims to guide the organization in promoting online fantasy sports in India. He plans to collaborate with industry leaders, government officials, and key stakeholders to develop a regulatory framework that ensures sustainable growth for the fantasy sports industry.

Under Maj. Castelino’s leadership, FIFS aims to enhance its role as India’s top fantasy sports industry body, fostering a conducive ecosystem for all stakeholders.
