Mangesh Barge has joined Sterling Green Power Solutions as the Chief Executive Officer of its E-Mobility Division, marking a significant step in the company’s EV growth journey. With a proven track record of steering global businesses and driving transformation in the automotive and E-mobility sector, he brings with him over two decades of leadership experience across reputed multinational organizations.
Prior to this role, Mangesh served as Group Business Head – Global PV Segment at TATA AutoComp Systems Ltd, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s presence in the passenger vehicle segment. His tenure at Valeo as Business Head – E-Mobility / New Tech Business further cemented his expertise in future-ready mobility solutions, where he led innovation-driven initiatives for nearly eight years. Earlier in his career, as Country Director – India/APAC at Aptiv, he was instrumental in driving regional growth and establishing strong operational footprints.
Known for his strategic vision, strong P&L management skills, and ability to lead large cross-functional teams, Mangesh has consistently delivered results in complex and evolving business landscapes. His deep understanding of emerging technologies in the mobility space, coupled with his leadership acumen, positions him perfectly to accelerate Sterling Green Power Solutions’ mission of driving sustainable and innovative e-mobility solutions.
