With over two decades of experience across technology, leadership, and human resources, Nitin brings a wealth of knowledge to this new role. Prior to founding Vidhyasthala, he has successfully led multiple ventures, including Vagus Engineering Systems, where he serves as Managing Director overseeing the design and manufacturing of industrial HVAC systems, and RTC Inc, a boutique consulting firm offering end-to-end HR services, executive coaching, and technology upskilling programs.
Nitin’s career highlights include his tenure at Samsung R&D Institute India as Head of Corporate Communications, CSR, and Master Coach for the South West Asia region, where he drove leadership development programs, coaching initiatives, and corporate communications strategies. He also has experience as a Consulting Partner with NIIT Limited and Aon, focusing on leadership development, competency assessment, and executive coaching, further demonstrating his ability to mentor leaders and transform organizational culture.
