Piramal Realty, the real estate division of the Piramal Group, has appointed Abhijeet Maheshwari as its new chief executive officer (CEO). Abhijeet joins the company with a rich career of over 18 years, previously serving at Tata Realty Infrastructure (TRIL) where he significantly contributed to the company’s expansion and achievements.
Abhijeet is a notable graduate of the renowned TAS leadership program (2006 batch) and brings extensive experience in various areas of the real estate sector. His expertise covers the full spectrum of real estate, including business development, fundraising, regulatory approvals, design, sales, leasing, project execution, and delivery across residential, retail, and commercial properties.
In his former position as the business head for the West region at TRIL, Abhijeet showcased outstanding leadership by managing the profit and loss responsibilities for the region, overseeing numerous residential, commercial, and retail projects.
Abhijeet holds a B.E. Honours in Electronics from the National Institute of Technology, Jaipur, and an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi. His appointment highlights Piramal Realty’s dedication to creating world-class real estate developments that enhance lives and promote community living.
