Priya Taneja has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of DHR Global, effective September 1st. With more than a decade of impactful leadership at the firm, Priya steps into the role after serving as President & Chief Operating Officer since 2024, where she has been instrumental in driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and a collaborative, high-performing culture.
Since joining DHR Global in 2013, Priya has played a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s organizational development and strengthening employee engagement. Under her leadership, DHR has received consistent recognition across the executive search industry, including Hunt Scanlon’s Top 10 Executive Search Firms ranking, four consecutive appearances on Inc.’s Best Places to Work list (2022–2025), Forbes’ America’s Best Executive Recruiting Firms list (2017–2025), and inclusion in Newsweek’s Excellence 1000 Index.
Her career journey at DHR Global spans multiple leadership roles, beginning as Human Resources Manager and advancing through Director and Vice President of Global Human Resources, before being elevated to Executive Vice President of Operations and later President & COO. These progressive roles not only highlight her professional growth but also underscore her dedication to fostering organizational success and a thriving workplace culture.
Before joining DHR, Priya served as Human Resources Consultant at Rush University Medical Center, where she laid the foundation for her expertise in human capital development and organizational strategy. Today, as CEO, she continues to draw from her deep HR background while shaping the future vision of DHR Global. Splitting her time between Chicago and Austin, she brings both regional insights and a global perspective to her leadership.
