Sanjeev Kumar has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Dusters Total Solutions Services Pvt. Ltd. (DTSS), marking a significant milestone in his nearly 15-year journey with the organization. His elevation comes after serving as Chief Operating Officer, where he played a transformative role in DTSS’s emergence as one of India’s leading Integrated Facility Management companies.
Since joining DTSS in 2010 as Vice President – Operations, Sanjeev has held a series of critical leadership roles, steadily rising through the ranks. From leading regional operations in the South and East to driving national strategies as President and then COO, he has been central to the company’s evolution. Under his stewardship, DTSS crossed ₹1,000 crore in annual revenue in FY 2022–23 and achieved ₹100 crore in monthly revenue the following year—a testament to his operational rigor and strategic acumen.
A Civil Engineer by qualification, Sanjeev holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode and a certification in Advanced Strategy and Leadership from the Wharton School. He has also led DTSS’s push towards innovation and sustainability by championing digital platforms like SISCORE, iOPS, MITRA, and Aarambh, as well as robotic process automation to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.
Prior to joining DTSS, Sanjeev held leadership roles at IL&FS Property Management & Services Ltd., where he built a strong foundation in facilities management. Widely respected in the industry, he was honored with the “COO of the Year” award in 2024. With his people-first approach and technology-forward mindset, Sanjeev is now set to lead DTSS into its next phase of growth and industry leadership.
