Subhasis Ghosh has recently joined Kotak Mahindra Pension Fund as its Chief Executive Officer He brings over three decades of experience in the BFSI Sector with over 30 years in Kotak Mahindra Group itself.
In his career, he has worked across various portfolios of retail assets, corporate finance, treasury, life insurance, marketing and CSR. Subhasis was a Founder Member of Kotak Life Insurance, where he spent 23 years before joining Kotak Mahindra Pension Fund. His last held position there was that of Joint President and Head – Financial Institutions, Employee Benefits, Marketing & Alliances.
Apart from his professional background, Subhasis also brings a unique personal perspective to his role. He is a student of Mahabharat, mythology, Indic customs and history (that is not usually taught). He writes and gives talks on these subjects.
