Sunil Kataria has been named the Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director-Designate of Godrej Agrovet, bringing with him decades of experience in consumer goods, telecom, and retail industries. He will formally assume the role of CEO & MD from 1 September 2025, subject to shareholder approval.
Kataria currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Raymond Lifestyle and has previously held senior leadership roles at Godrej Consumer Products Limited, Idea Cellular Ltd, and Subhiksha Trading Services. His vast experience in leading large-scale operations and developing future-ready organisations will be instrumental in further strengthening Godrej Agrovet’s diversified business portfolio.
Across his tenure, Kataria has demonstrated strong capabilities in strategy, sales, marketing, and brand building. His efforts have consistently resulted in accelerated growth, enhanced operational efficiency, and improved market presence for the organisations he has led.
An alumnus of IMT Ghaziabad, where he earned his MBA in Marketing, and a graduate in Economics from Delhi University, Kataria brings a wealth of knowledge to the agribusiness sector. His appointment marks a significant step in advancing Godrej Agrovet’s innovation and growth trajectory in the years to come.
