Alka’s wealthy background includes notable positions as CFO at HCAH India and Head of Finance & Accounts at Dr. Lal PathLabs, where she successfully managed fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic financial planning.
At HCAH India, Alka played a crucial role in elevating the company’s financial health over her nearly ten-year tenure, leading efforts in fundraising and integrating strategic initiatives. Her earlier experience at Dr. Lal PathLabs involved overseeing all financial processes and successfully migrating the company’s accounting systems to enhance operational efficiency. Alka’s commitment to delivering quality diagnostics aligns seamlessly with Redcliffe Labs’ mission of “Giving India its Right to Quality Diagnostics.”
