Before joining Aris Infra, Amit served as the Vice President of Finance at Paytm, where he played a crucial role in driving the financial operations of one of India’s leading digital payment platforms. His previous experience also includes a tenure as Senior Vice President of Finance at Moglix, a rapidly growing B2B commerce unicorn, where he was instrumental in steering the financial strategy and operations.
Amit’s career has been marked by significant achievements in fundraising, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and corporate finance. His expertise in these areas, combined with his strategic vision, has made him a trusted leader in the finance community.
