Narayan Lodha has been appointed as Executive Director and Group Chief Financial Officer of EPACK Group, while also taking on the role of Executive Director and Group CFO at EPACK Durable Limited. With over two decades of leadership across the energy, infrastructure, and manufacturing sectors, he brings extensive expertise in IPO management, fund raising, corporate finance, investor relations, and strategic financial planning.
Prior to joining EPACK Group, Narayan Lodha served as Chief Financial Officer at Vikram Solar Limited, where he led key financial initiatives. Before Vikram Solar, he played a pivotal role at Inox Wind Limited.
Earlier in his career, Lodha held leadership roles with Indian Energy Exchange (IEX), Ravindra Energy Limited, Bhilwara Energy Limited, and ACME Group. He also founded his consulting practice, N Lodha & Associates, where he worked closely with Grant Thornton, EY, and other firms on high-impact assignments involving insolvency, restructuring, and business sales. His career reflects deep involvement with renewable energy, capital markets, and corporate growth strategies across multiple industries.
At EPACK Durable Limited, a leading player in the living appliances manufacturing sector, Lodha’s strategic financial vision is expected to strengthen the company’s growth trajectory, support its IPO ambitions, and drive expansion across product categories including air conditioners, washing machines, and small appliances.
