Aarti Varma Joins Kotak Securities as Vice President of Human Resources

Aarti Varma has recently been appointed as the Vice President of Human Resources at Kotak Securities. She brings a wealth of experience in HR leadership and strategic planning to her new role, where she will manage talent management, succession planning, and organizational culture enhancement.

Before joining Kotak Securities, Aarti was the Senior Manager – HRBP at Flipkart Health+ from September 2022 to July 2024. In this role, she played a key role in succession planning and talent management in Bengaluru, Karnataka, successfully implementing HR strategies that aligned with business goals and promoted a positive work environment.

Prior to her tenure at Flipkart, Aarti served as a Senior Manager at Alinea Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. from January 2019 to September 2022 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Here, she focused on succession planning and HR generalist functions, significantly contributing to the company’s growth and employee development.

Aarti’s career also includes a decade-long stint at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) from May 2008 to April 2018, where she worked as an HR Generalist in Mumbai. This experience allowed her to gain extensive expertise in various HR roles and responsibilities.

Earlier in her career, Aarti worked in HR at Iflex Solutions from 2005 to 2006, marking the beginning of her journey in the human resources field.
