Bhagwati brings with her over 16 years of diverse and impactful HR leadership experience across manufacturing, IT, telecom, and financial services sectors. Known for her inclusive leadership style, she has built a reputation as a purpose-driven professional passionate about people, culture, and equity. Prior to joining Comviva, she held pivotal roles at Mahindra Group, where she led strategic HR for Group functions and helmed the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) charter across the conglomerate, creating a lasting impact across verticals.
Her appointment comes at a strategic inflection point for Comviva, as the organization scales globally with deeper inroads into markets such as North America and Europe. Bhagwati’s role will be instrumental in evolving the people strategy to match the scale and complexity of Comviva’s growth while nurturing a high-performance, inclusive culture. In her previous stints, Bhagwati has held leadership roles with Aegon Life, Vodafone Idea Limited, and Wipro Ltd, where she consistently led people-centric transformations, drove organizational change, and played a crucial role in enhancing workforce capabilities. Her experience spans business partnering, leadership hiring, DEI strategy, and talent development at scale. Her human-centric approach combined with a sharp business acumen makes her a valuable addition to Comviva’s leadership team.
