Frank Poncheri Joins Vertiv as Chief Human Resources Officer

Frank Poncheri has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Vertiv. With over a decade of experience in HR leadership roles, Frank Poncheri is well-equipped to lead Vertiv’s global HR operations. His expertise spans strategic organization design, executive coaching, and a strong focus on aligning HR functions with business strategies. This new role positions him to drive Vertiv’s people strategy and enhance its business growth through innovative HR practices.

Before joining Vertiv, Frank Poncheri spent over a decade at Owens Corning, where he held various HR leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Human Resources and Integration. In previous positions at Owens Corning, he worked as Human Resources Director for Insulation Europe and Director of Human Resources Science & Technology. These roles enabled him to build a global perspective and hone his skills in managing diverse teams and complex HR functions.

Prior to Owens Corning, Frank Poncheri worked at GE Aerospace, where he gained significant experience in employee relations and HR leadership programs. His early career includes a role as an HR Specialist at the Columbus Blue Jackets and an HR internship at Covidien. With a solid educational background in Labor Relations and Human Resources from The Ohio State University, Frank Poncheri has continually advanced his HR career while maintaining a passion for business partnership and organizational growth.
