Mahi Rath has been appointed as the new Senior Director of Human Resources at AHEAD. Reflecting on her journey as one of the earliest employees at AHEAD in India, she recalls the challenges and successes that have defined her career. Mahi brings a wealth of experience in human resources and strategic leadership to this new position, ready to enhance HR functions and support the company’s growth.
Mahi has been with AHEAD for over a year. Before stepping into her current role, she served as the Director of Human Resources, where she significantly contributed to advancing technology’s impact in leading global organizations.
Prior to joining AHEAD, Mahi spent over five years at Rackspace Technology, where she held multiple roles, including Senior Human Resources Manager and Manager of Global Talent Development and Racker Experience. Her work there spanned various HR functions, including talent development, recruitment, HR business partnering, and HR operations.
Earlier in her career, Mahi worked at Centrient Pharmaceuticals as the HR Associate for the Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and Africa regions. She began her professional journey as a Human Resources Specialist at NCR Corporation in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and also completed an internship at Tata Steel in Bhubaneswar, Orissa, India.
