Rachna Mohan Joins H.G. Infra Engineering Limited as Chief Human Resources Officer

Rachna Mohan has joined H.G. Infra Engineering Limited as the new Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing with her over two decades of exceptional HR leadership experience. Throughout her career, Rachna has developed a reputation for driving culture transformation, strategic workforce planning, and talent development, making her an invaluable asset to the H.G. Infra team.

With a deep passion for creating positive employee experiences, Rachna has played a key role in shaping HR processes across a wide range of industries. Her expertise spans organizational design, performance management, employee engagement, HR compliance, and talent acquisition, especially at the senior management level. Her ability to lead change and foster strong organizational cultures will be pivotal in advancing H.G. Infra’s people strategy.

Before joining H.G. Infra, Rachna served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Gensol Group, where she significantly contributed to the company’s HR leadership. Additionally, she held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Sterlite Power, where her strategic oversight helped strengthen HR operations and workforce management. Rachna has also held leadership roles at Max Ventures & Industries and Six Senses Vana, further solidifying her reputation as a process-driven and people-focused HR leader.
