Randeep brings over 23 years of multi-sectoral experience spanning HR technology, business operations, and transformation consulting across global markets. His career includes leadership roles at organizations such as HONO, PwC, Macquarie, Essar Group, and Reliance Retail. Most recently, he served as Co-Founder & COO at HONO, a Human Capital Management solutions company known for enhancing employee engagement and leveraging AI for real-time workforce insights. At HONO, he was instrumental in scaling the platform to over 750,000 users across India, SEA, and MENA regions.
Throughout his career, Randeep has been a change agent and transformation consultant, known for designing breakthrough programs and aligning HR strategy with core business outcomes. His expertise lies in fostering culture transformation, implementing scalable HR tech ecosystems, and driving high-impact people interventions—skills that will be critical as FINDI transitions into its next phase of growth.
