Shashikanth Jayaraman has taken on the dual role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Chief of Staff at MulticoreWare Inc., a global leader in advanced technology solutions. In this capacity, he will oversee the company’s people strategy, including talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development, while also serving as a strategic advisor to business unit heads and executives to drive growth and operational excellence.
Shashikanth brings over four years of experience with MulticoreWare, having previously served as the CHRO since April 2023. During his tenure, he played a crucial role in leading the global HR strategy across the United States, China, and India, focusing on talent attraction, retention, and development.
Before joining MulticoreWare, Shashikanth held the position of Head of Human Resources (Sales Org) at Vedantu, where he significantly enhanced talent engagement and expanded the workforce. His extensive HR leadership experience also includes roles at DISYS, where he led HR operations for India, and as CEO & Principal Advisor at Hex Advisory Private Limited, a venture he founded to offer HR consulting services to family-run businesses, start-ups, and SMEs.
Shashikanth’s career spans several prominent organizations, including TVS Automobile Solutions Ltd, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company, Reliance Retail, RBS (ABN Amro Central Enterprise Service Private Limited), and Amtex Systems Inc., where he developed a reputation for his entrepreneurial spirit and strategic HR leadership.
In his new role at MulticoreWare, Shashikanth will be instrumental in driving the company’s growth and enhancing operational efficiencies, leveraging his extensive experience and deep understanding of HR management and strategic planning.
