Sudhir Kulkarni Joins Bridgestone India as Executive Director of HR

Sudhir Kulkarni has been appointed as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Bridgestone India. With years of experience across multinational organizations, Kulkarni brings deep expertise in stakeholder management, organizational restructuring, and change management. His new role includes leading human resources strategies, managing cultural transformation, and delivering business results in alignment with Bridgestone’s regional initiatives.

Previously, Sudhir served as Vice President of HR at CG Power and Industrial Solutions Ltd, where he was the CHRO and a member of the executive committee. His HR leadership experience also spans roles at REHAU and Tata BlueScope Steel. Kulkarni has consistently demonstrated skills in communication and talent strategy, endorsed by peers across multiple companies. His ability to foster strong HR partnerships with business leaders has been recognized through two endorsements for stakeholder management and communication.

Kulkarni’s academic background includes a Master’s in Management from the University of Pune and executive development programs from IIM Ahmedabad. His extensive professional journey and leadership in talent development, industrial relations, and mergers and acquisitions make him a key asset to Bridgestone India as it seeks to navigate strategic HR transformations.
