With over two decades of experience across marquee names in banking and financial services, Tulanahinaa brings with her an extensive background in strategic HR transformation, digital enablement, talent development, and diversity & inclusion. At Anand Rathi, her focus will be on aligning people strategy with business priorities while driving innovation and inclusivity across human capital practices.
Before joining Anand Rathi, Tulanahinaa served as the National Head HR and DEI Lead at YES Bank, where she played a pivotal role in organization-wide HR transformation, DEI strategy, and policy integration that led to measurable cultural and performance impact. She also held HR leadership positions at Max Life Insurance as Head HR for multiple business units including Bancassurance and E-Commerce, as well as at IndusInd Bank, where she was National HR Partner for key verticals. Her work has consistently demonstrated a commitment to building empowered teams and agile, future-ready organizations.
Tulanahinaa’s experience spans global firms including Standard Chartered Bank, where she developed and led talent acquisition strategies, employee experience frameworks, and CSR initiatives. Her academic grounding includes a double masters – MBA from Leeds Business School and MA Economics from Northwest University. She is also an accomplished TEDx speaker, Author, and serves as National President at WICCI, further underscoring her influence in the HR and leadership ecosystem.
In addition to her new role at Anand Rathi, Tulanahinaa recently served as Independent Director at Instassure Insurance Solutions, showcasing her boardroom presence and governance insights.
