Nikhilesh Joshi has joined Agrawal Metal Works Private Limited as Chief Information Officer (CIO), bringing extensive experience in enterprise IT leadership, digital transformation, and cybersecurity. In his current role, he is responsible for defining the organization’s technology vision and driving initiatives that align IT capabilities with business growth and operational excellence.
At Agrawal Metal Works, Nikhilesh leads strategic planning and execution across core IT domains, with a strong focus on cybersecurity, automation, and innovation-led transformation. His mandate includes strengthening information security frameworks to safeguard critical business data, modernizing IT infrastructure, and advancing business process automation to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability across manufacturing and corporate functions. He also plays a key role in fostering a culture of innovation by driving the adoption of emerging technologies that enhance both internal workflows and customer-facing experiences.
Before this appointment, Nikhilesh served as GM – IT / CIO at Chiripal Group, where he developed and implemented IT strategies closely aligned with business objectives across diverse business verticals. His responsibilities included IT governance, budget management, large-scale project delivery, and stakeholder engagement at the leadership level. Earlier, he held the role of AGM – IT / CIO at CKA Birla Group, where he focused on security, compliance, and enterprise-wide IT modernization initiatives.
Nikhilesh spent over eight years with Hi-Tech Metal Formings – India, progressing through leadership roles including Head – IT, Senior IT Manager, and IT Manager & Administrator. During this period, he was instrumental in strengthening IT operations, cybersecurity, and infrastructure modernization in a manufacturing environment. His early career also includes roles at WRMSIL and IBM, where he built strong foundations in network engineering, IT operations, and enterprise systems.
