ECU Worldwide, a subsidiary of Allcargo Logistics and a leader in LCL consolidation, has appointed Rajneesh Garg as Chief Information Officer. Garg will lead the company’s technology strategy, focusing on managing and supporting software applications. He will oversee technology transformation initiatives, ensuring their implementation and adoption, in collaboration with the IT group shared services organization. Garg will report to Kapil Mahajan, Global Chief Information Officer of Allcargo Group, and will operate from the Mumbai headquarters.
Kapil Mahajan expressed enthusiasm about Garg’s appointment, highlighting his extensive leadership experience across various sectors. Mahajan believes Garg’s strategic vision will significantly advance ECU Worldwide’s IT division, supporting the company’s growth and expansion plans. Garg holds a postgraduate degree in computer science from Moscow State University, Russia. He has over two decades of senior leadership experience with Tata Consultancy Services, as noted in the release.
