In his new role, Musharaf will lead the marketing, growth, and brand strategy for Talent Compliance India’s Compliance Services business and its RegTech platform, EZ Compliance, driving market expansion and brand positioning.
With over 20 years of extensive experience across marketing, retail, e-commerce, digital marketing, and sales, Musharaf brings a strong track record of building and scaling consumer-led businesses. His career spans leadership roles across renowned organizations such as Luminous Power Technologies (Schneider Electric), Usha, Samsung, and Future Group, where he worked across marketing, retail, and sales functions, contributing to business growth and brand development.
Prior to joining Talent Compliance India Pvt. Ltd., Musharaf also founded Affiliate Advisory Private Limited, gaining valuable entrepreneurial experience in building and operating a business from the ground up. This entrepreneurial journey further strengthened his strategic thinking, market understanding, and leadership capabilities.
