Shivani Sharma has been appointed as the Chief Marketing Officer at Chatha Foods Limited, marking an exciting new chapter in her extensive journey across brand leadership, integrated marketing, and strategic growth. With over 20 years of experience spanning both agency and brand-side roles, she brings a rare blend of creative vision and business acumen to her new position.
Before joining Chatha Foods, Shivani served as the Principal and Founder of Pink Inc, a women-led strategic and creative collective she built to help brands scale through integrated thinking and cross-functional collaboration. Under her leadership, Pink Inc became known for its unique hybrid model that combined agency agility with consultancy-depth—enabling organizations to define what differentiates their brand and embed it into everyday operations.
Prior to her entrepreneurial venture, Shivani held senior leadership roles with GIPL, where she served as Vice President Marketing and later Head of Marketing, driving digital, CRM, customer experience, and new product development for brands such as PizzaExpress, Chili’s, P.F. Chang’s, and Ministry of Crab. She successfully handled a portfolio of 20+ restaurants and led high-impact strategies that strengthened market presence and delivered against ambitious sales targets.
Shivani’s earlier experience includes a nearly six-year tenure with Nando’s India, where she progressed from GM Marketing to Head of Marketing. She previously built a strong foundation in advertising through leadership roles at Ogilvy, Everest Brand Solutions, and M&C Saatchi—working on large-scale brand campaigns, market launches, and integrated communication strategies. As she steps into her role at Chatha Foods Limited, Shivani brings a proven track record of building loved brands, championing customer-centric innovation, and shaping strategies that bridge creativity with measurable business outcomes.
