At Gland Pharma Limited, where he served for nearly a decade in multiple leadership roles including Assistant Vice President and Senior General Manager – Sales & Marketing, he was instrumental in steering four high-performing divisions with a combined annual revenue of ₹150 crore. He has also held senior leadership positions at Sanzyme, Celon Laboratories, and Terma Medicare, where he was responsible for launching new business verticals, managing pan-India sales operations, and optimizing go-to-market strategies across multiple product portfolios.
