Sudheeran Ravindran has been elevated to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Solitaire Group of Companies. In this new capacity, he continues to spearhead engineering and operations for projects and townships while also expanding his responsibilities to include oversight of facility management and operations across all townships. His role now encompasses end-to-end accountability, including P&L ownership of these township projects, for these strategic initiatives.
Over the past six years with Solitaire, Sudheeran has played a critical role in driving large-scale projects and township infrastructure development, As Vice President and Head of Engineering for Projects and Townships, he was responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of 180 professionals. His work covered the full project lifecycle—from MIS and cost monitoring to contracts and procurement, design, execution, and quality and safety—across 25 million sq. ft. of projects and township spanning in more than 2500 acres.
Earlier, he played a role of head of the project, cluster head, regional head , head of the engineering division and delivered many millions of marquee projects with utmost quality with in solitaire organisation.
With a career spanning over 15 years, including prior senior leadership roles in civil and interior fitout industry and project management positions in Mumbai and Chennai, Sudheeran brings deep technical acumen, operational excellence, and a people-first leadership style to his new role. His elevation to COO reflects the trust placed in his vision and ability to scale Solitaire’s ambitious growth across infrastructure and real estate.
