Before joining Paramount, Varun held leadership roles at Texport Industries, Pearl Global Industries, Richa Global Exports and Maharani of India. Across these roles, he has been instrumental in building strong customer relationships and leading initiatives across sales, strategy, supply chain, cost engineering, and sustainability.
