Nipun Dhingra has been appointed as Chief Transformation Officer at Spykar Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd., where he will lead strategic initiatives to accelerate growth, digital transformation, and organizational effectiveness for the iconic fashion and lifestyle brand. With more than 11 years of consulting and industry experience across retail, consumer goods, e-commerce, financial services, private equity, technology, health, and pharma, Nipun brings a unique blend of expertise to his new role.
Prior to joining Spykar, Nipun spent nearly nine years at Kearney, across London and Gurgaon, advising C-level executives on corporate strategy, go-to-market planning, digital transformation, and performance improvement. His work at Kearney included managing large-scale operational transformations, driving revenue growth initiatives, and spearheading organizational change programs across industries such as apparel, automotive, consumer goods, and financial services. His ability to navigate complex business challenges and deliver impactful solutions established him as a trusted advisor to global leaders.
Before his consulting career, Nipun gained hands-on industry experience with several leading organizations. At M.H. Alshaya Co. in Kuwait, he worked on stock loss investigations for Claire’s brand across the Middle East. At Shahi Exports Pvt. Ltd., he contributed to design and product development for global retailers such as H&M and Express. Earlier, as Business Development Manager at Creatnet Services Ltd., he successfully optimized supplier contracts and improved profitability in the Europe division. These experiences sharpened his business acumen while strengthening his understanding of the global fashion and retail ecosystem.
Combining his background in fashion design with strategic consulting expertise, Nipun brings both creativity and analytical rigor to his new leadership role at Spykar Lifestyle.
