Samir Gore has joined Fincore Infotech Pvt Ltd as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). With over two decades of rich experience in IT infrastructure management, enterprise operations, and technology leadership, Samir brings deep expertise in driving innovation, operational excellence, and digital transformation across industries.
In his new role, Samir will lead the strategic direction, implementation, and governance of Fincore’s IT services. He will focus on optimizing infrastructure performance, strengthening cybersecurity and compliance frameworks, and enabling business scalability through innovation and automation. His forward-looking approach aligns seamlessly with Fincore Infotech’s mission to deliver cutting-edge, secure, and future-ready technology solutions that accelerate business growth.
Before joining Fincore Infotech, Samir served as Head – IT Operations at Altruist Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where he successfully led large-scale modernization projects, enhanced system resilience, and developed efficiency-driven technology models across multiple sites. His previous roles at SmartConnect Technologies and Vertex Customer Management India Pvt. Ltd. (An Altruist Group Company) further showcase his strong track record in managing complex IT ecosystems and aligning technology strategies with organizational objectives.
Throughout his career, Samir has spearheaded several key initiatives — from implementing hybrid cloud migration projects and designing disaster recovery frameworks to driving vendor optimization and strengthening compliance with ISO 27001:2015, SOC 2 Type 2, and PCI DSS standards. A passionate mentor and leader, he has consistently built high-performing IT teams focused on reliability, responsiveness, and customer experience.
