In his new role at Redington Limited, Murali G will oversee the organization’s Global Total Rewards function and work closely with the India leadership team to enhance the company’s Total Rewards priorities. Prior to joining Redington Limited, Murali G served as Senior Specialist – Total Rewards at Ford Motor Company, where he played a key role in managing reward strategies and HR initiatives. During his tenure, he contributed to developing compensation frameworks and talent-focused HR solutions, gaining valuable experience in global HR operations and corporate reward management within a multinational environment.
