Ajay Maurya has joined TP as Director of Operations, bringing with him over two decades of rich experience in customer service, vendor management, and operational leadership across the travel and technology sectors.
Prior to this appointment, Ajay served as Senior Manager at Fareportal for nearly nine years, where he led large-scale customer service and operations teams with a focus on schedule changes and service optimization. His leadership played a pivotal role in streamlining processes and enhancing service quality across functions.
Earlier, Ajay held key roles at MakeMyTrip and Intelenet Global Services, managing high-impact projects in vendor management and blended back-office operations. His career began at Wipro BPS, and he steadily climbed the ranks through various leadership positions, consistently demonstrating a commitment to process excellence.
A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Ajay now brings his operational expertise and transformation mindset to TP, where he will drive efficiencies and scale operations in a dynamic business environment.
