Anant Garg has been elevated to the role of Vice President HR for Urology and Critical Care at BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company). In this new position, Garg will oversee the human resources functions for BD’s Urology and Critical Care business unit, ensuring that HR strategies align with the company’s broader objectives and fostering a culture of excellence across the organization.
Anant has been with BD for nearly five years, most recently serving as the Senior HR Director for Global Supply Chain and Europe Operations. In that role, he provided HR leadership across BD’s global supply chain, procurement, and operational excellence teams, while also managing HR functions for manufacturing operations throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
Before joining BD, Anant was the Director of Human Resources for India and South Asia at Eli Lilly and Company, where he played a crucial role in shaping HR strategies that contributed to the company’s regional growth. Earlier in his career, Anant gained valuable experience in HR consulting at Mercer and held key HR roles at Accenture, where he focused on talent management, performance improvement, and organizational development.
In his new role, Anant will continue to build on his extensive experience, driving strategic HR initiatives that support BD’s commitment to innovation and excellence in healthcare.
