Bheemanappa Manthale (Bheem) has joined Herbalife as the Vice President to Product Operations, India. In his new role, Bheem will oversee Herbalife’s day-to-day product supply and operations in India, ensuring the highest standards of quality, reliability, availability, and cost efficiency. He will also be leading continuous improvement projects and driving strategic transformation initiatives within Herbalife’s product operations ecosystem.
Bheem brings with him more than two decades of rich experience in the food, beverage, and nutrition industries. Over his 24-year-long career, he has held senior leadership positions across leading global companies like Cargill and The Coca-Cola Company. Prior to joining Herbalife, he served as President of Operations and Supply Chain at Parag Milk Foods, where he led manufacturing and supply chain operations for three state-of-the-art plants, four co-pack locations, two world-class dairy farms, 29 depots, and over 3,000 distributors across India. His leadership there was marked by major digital transformation projects and supply chain innovations at scale.
Before Parag Milk Foods, Bheem was the Head of Operations and Supply Chain for India at Avery Dennison, a Fortune 500 global materials science company. In this role, he managed end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain functions across India, focusing on agility, customer service, and sustainability in packaging and labeling solutions. He was responsible for critical operations including purchasing, sourcing, logistics, inventory planning, and new product development initiatives.
Bheem spent over a decade at The Coca-Cola Company, where he served in various leadership roles, including Factory Manager and National Head for Supply Chain Manufacturing. He managed multiple high-speed production lines, oversaw large-scale manufacturing operations, and was instrumental in driving strategic expansions, process efficiencies, and green energy initiatives across factories. His work involved extensive experience in large-scale supply planning, logistics management, third-party operations, and long-term strategic business planning.
With his deep expertise in managing complex supply chain networks and his passion for operational excellence, Bheem’s appointment is expected to strengthen Herbalife’s commitment to providing high-quality nutrition products to consumers across India.
