CA. Harpreet Singh, a seasoned BFSI leader with over 22 years of diversified experience in the banking and financial sector, has joined FinX Learning as Head – Programs & Certifications.
In this new role, Harpreet S brings diversified expertise in banking and financial services, specializing in MSME, corporate financing, credit risk management, portfolio management, and leadership development. Having worked with reputed banks and large-size NBFCs, he is now spearheading into the fintech education space. His move signals a bold step toward enhancing professional learning and development programs for capacity building and co-creating employment opportunities in the banking and financial services domain, supported by digital ecosystems.
Before joining FinX Learning, Harpreet S served at YES BANK for more than twelve years, where he held several key leadership roles—most recently as National Credit Manager – MIB & Agri Commodity. Prior to that, he was President & Vertical Credit Head for MIB (Business Banking), spearheading national portfolio and quality portfolio building, a robust digital footprint, and credit risk underwriting, besides strategic risk frameworks.
Harpreet S’s illustrious journey began at ICICI Bank, where he rose to become Regional Credit Manager – SME, earning accolades like the Super Star Performer Award, Emerging Champion Award & others. He then moved to Tata Capital as Area Credit Head – North for its Corporate Finance Division, followed by his impactful stint at Dhan Laxmi Bank as Zonal Head – Credit Sanction Group (North & East). These roles shaped his expertise across SME, MME, corporate lending, and risk governance.
His leadership strengths go beyond banking. A proud Chartered Accountant, IIM-A alumnus & member of CXO Incubator Inc, Harpreet S is also a certified leadership mentor and executive coach. He has been recognized as a LinkedIn Top Mentoring Voice and Most Influencing Leader (2023–24) by CXO Incubator Inc. His frequent engagements as a keynote speaker and panelist with industry bodies like FICCI, ASSOCHAM, CII, ICAI, and leading academic institutions highlight his commitment to sharing knowledge and shaping the next generation of financial leaders.
Outside of his professional achievements, Harpreet S is a passionate Toastmaster and marathoner, embodying discipline, perseverance, and communication excellence.
